Sarah & Tyler’s Rocky Mountain National Park elopement was a winter dream. These two wanted an intimate day that truly celebrated them, without all the chaos of a big wedding. They told me that they just wanted to say “i do” surrounded by the mountains. They picked Sprague Lake on the dock, for their ceremony spot and then we adventured the park for couples photos.

They had their first dance in front of the Alluvial Fan Waterfall and spent sunset toasting and cutting cake on the back of their truck before heading into town to celebrate with locally made moonshine from Colorado Distillery.

Most people think Estes can be too cold in the winter, but the view with snow in areas is absolutely magical.

If you’re dreaming of an elopement day filled with raw emotion, breathtaking scenery, and meaningful connection, eloping in Estes Park, Colorado is the perfect choice. Estes Park can be so dreamy year round, whether its the wildflower filled areas with green mountains surrounding you, the golden glow of fall in RMNP or snow capped mountains in the winter. I have never had an elopement that was not magical in Estes Park, CO.

Eloping strips away the noise and pressure of a big wedding, giving you space to fully connect with your partner. It’s about laughter, tears, whispered vows, and feeling fully present in the moment. Estes Park’s dramatic backdrops and ever-changing light create the perfect “venue” to say “i do.”

As someone who grew up in Estes Park, I bring a deep, local knowledge to Rocky Mountain National Park elopements. I know the hidden spots that keep you away from the crowds, the best times for golden light, and how to navigate the seasons and permits with ease. When you book with me, you’re not just getting a photographer—you’re getting a guide, a storyteller, and someone who cares deeply about making your day unforgettable.

Let’s create something beautiful together in the place that feels like home.

xoxo Ky
